Monique Lennox is the founder and creative force behind Queen Essentials. A love for bold, artistic earrings transformed her from corporate professional to visionary designer. After earning her degree in Public Administration from Florida International University in Miami, FL, Monique held leadership roles in corporate spaces — yet her spirit was restless, pulling her toward entrepreneurship. That calling became real when she co-founded a family juice bar and later brought Queen Essentials to life.
